After taking Life Coaching from Mr. Amol Dixit, I started Wellness Coaching sessions. I had become a positive person mentally but physically I was still weak as I had lots of health issues as I was on a heavier side of my weight and was on lots of medication too which made me physically weak. I was not even able to do my small household work properly. It was not that I have not tried any gym before to get fit. I did a lot of gym exercises but never got any results but after taking Wellness Coaching I started getting results. I realized the importance of wellness and how to achieve it.
My clothes size reduced 4 sizes of tops and 6 sizes from the bottom. That was an amazing result for me. I could do all types of workout (Yoga, Planks, Skipping, Bodyweight, Push-ups, Squats) as designed Amol Sir. The workout was well designed and helped to regain my strength, stamina, and confidence gradually. I started going for walk and did all my household work and even my outdoor work.
