Along with wellness coaching, I took a diet plan from Amol Sir. The diet was well-designed considering my personality, my eating habits, and my daily routine.

It helped me reduce my weight as well as body fat percentage. I reduced 20-25%of my body fat percentage and that helped me to improve my stamina and strength and my recovery time.

It helped me to get more healthy which helped me to get my all medical reports normal. After consultations with doctors, I stopped taking medicines.

Earlier I took many diet plans but I used to be under a lot of stress while following those diet plans as those diets use to keep me starved and as result, I used to give up those diets in few days.

Following the diet given by Amol Sir was very easy to follow. It helped me to reduce weight but to maintain it. It helped me maintain a healthy weight, reducing my body fat percentage.

I can do all my work happily without any stress.
