Everyone is going through a stressful life. The pandemic further worsened the situation. ABLES has taken an initiative to help those who are stressed up. It is coming up with online sessions on Stress Management.

In this Stress Management session, we will go through many important topics related to Stress such as –

  • What is Stress? ;
  • Factors;
  • Symptoms;
  • Understanding Stress;
  • How to identify those factors;
  • How to work on those stress factors;
  • How to overcome it.

This session will help you identify stress factors, symptoms, and steps to overcome it with the help of a PowerPoint presentation.

One can opt for group sessions (3/5/8/12 participants ) or individual sessions in preferred languages ( English, Marathi, and Hindi ). The language of the session will be as per the requirement of participants ( English/Hindi/Marathi)
